All returns require prior authorization from Astra Billing Pal.

• Custom or special-order products

• Personal-use medical supplies

• Compression garments that have been worn

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order information and, when applicable, photos of the product so we can review your request promptly.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Insurance & Medicare Orders

Equipment provided through Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance is subject to the policies and coverage requirements of the applicable payer. Refunds and returns for these orders may be limited or governed by insurance regulations.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item or a comparable product, subject to availability and approval.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
